Super easy to fill, easy to take out, easy to wash—simply brilliant. The only downside: not all the cubes are exactly the same size…

The ice cubes have a great shape and were easy to remove from the mold at first. Unfortunately, the mold warped over time and was no longer usable after about 1.5 years. After speaking with Mika from Wert&Voll this Wert&Voll most likely caused by user error. Nevertheless, Mika went above and beyond to accommodate us with the warranty! Thank you for this great service!!

The only downside, in my opinion, is the lettering on the lid. The logo could be placed a bit more discreetly on the bottom or on the side.

I like the plastic-free lunch boxes. Unfortunately, some liquid leaked into the new backpack the first time I used it. The stain came out, but unfortunately it still smells. The contents were vegetables and quinoa with a tablespoon of oil and apple cider vinegar. Other than that, I haven’t had any problems; the round containers are the safest choice for wet food.

I am very satisfied with Kaffe + Service and would definitely recommend it to others.
But I don't want to write a review every time I place an order.
