1. General information / Ownership
These General Terms and Conditions take precedence over any of the customer's own terms and conditions.
Correspondence should preferably be conducted via email. It is equivalent to postal mail.
We will confirm every order placed in the shop by email.
Our offers are non-binding.
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of wertundvoll - Mika Stappen.
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. In the event of disagreements, an attempt will be made to reach an amicable solution. If necessary, an independent expert will be consulted.
The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
2. Terms of delivery / Payment
shipping costs
We charge a flat rate ofCHF 8 for B Mailand CHF 10 for A Mailper packagefor shippingand packaging costs.
Weofferfree shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for purchases over CHF 99.
With the delivery option "Pickup in Bern" (Sinwel Bookstore, Lorrainestr. 10), shipping costs are also waived.
Orders consisting exclusively of gift cards are shipped free of charge.
payment methods
We deliver against advance payment by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, Postfinance, Twint, credit card, or on account.With the "purchase on account"payment method, there is also the option of taking advantage of a partial payment option.
By selecting the"Purchase on account"payment method, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/en/terms-and-conditions), provided you have a valid email address. You will receive the invoice directly from Powerpay. Please check your inbox. If you pay within 14 days, you will not incur any additional costs. If you do not pay within 14 days, you will receive another invoice from Powerpay by mail (fee: 2.90 CHF).
If you choose the"prepayment"payment method, you will receive the necessary bank details for transferring the final amount by email after concluding a purchase contract in our online shop.
General information about delivery
We deliver exclusively to addresses inSwitzerlandandLiechtenstein.
If it makes sense to us, we will also make partial deliveries.
No liability is accepted for delayed deliveries by the postal service.
The invoice is in the paper envelope on the package.
The goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
There is no minimum order quantity.
If items are currently unavailable, we will inform youimmediatelyby email after receiving your order and deliver them as soon as possible.
3. 30-day right of return / right of termination or withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policyonall productsexcept personalized products with engraving.
This right of return can be exercised if the product does not meet expectations after unpacking, or if it is a gift that the recipient does not like.
Only productswithout signs of useandwith intact packaging can be returned.
A refund of the purchase price will only be made once the goods have been returned to the seller unused and undamaged. The postage costs for the initial shipment will be deducted from the refunded purchase price and shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Warranty / Defects / Exchange
In warranty cases, we handle communication with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers.
Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for dents, scratches, or other defects and flaws. In the event of a defect, please check the package for possible transport damage and, if necessary, take photos of the damaged areas.
Please check whether food items are still edible.
Goods can only be exchanged if they have clearly been damaged during shipping or if there is a factory defect (warranty claim). We will replace these immediately and free of charge after they have been returned and inspected.
In warranty cases, the sellershall bearthe postage costs for the return shipment.

5. Possible damage to Klean Kanteen products
Leaky bottle
Klean Kanteen bottles are welded by hand. It is rare for a small hole in the weld seam to cause a leak. If this happens, the product is covered by the warranty.
Uneven weld seams
The weld seams on Klean Kanteen bottles have been smoothed and polished. If the weld seams on the bottle are uneven, this is a defect.
Paint that is peeling off over a large area
With normal use, it is inevitable that the paint will wear off in some places over time. However, if the paint is peeling off over a large area, this is a manufacturing defect.
A deformed floor
In rare cases, Klean Kanteen bottles may have a dented or deformed bottom. This may be due to excess pressure in an oven or contact with hot liquids. These defects are also grounds for complaint.
6. Data protection
As part of our business transactions, we only store the necessary personal data in electronic form. We will, of course, treat your personal data as confidential.
Under no circumstances will we pass on the data you provide to third parties.
7. Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY is an external payment service provider that offers the payment method "purchase on account." With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept theterms and conditions of POWERPAY in addition to our terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/en/terms-and-conditions).
