Excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions (GTC):

30-day right of return / right of termination or withdrawal 

We offer a 30-day return policy onall products except personalized products with engraving.

This right of return can be exercised if the product does not meet expectations after unpacking, or if it is a gift that the recipient does not like.

Only products without signs of use and with intact packaging can be returned.

A refund of the purchase price will only be made once the goods have been returned to the seller unused and undamaged. The postage costs for the initial shipment will be deducted from the refunded purchase price and shall be borne by the buyer.

Warranty / Defects / Exchanges

In warranty cases, we handle communication with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers.

Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for dents, scratches, or other defects and flaws. In the event of a defect, please check the package for possible transport damage and, if necessary, take photos of the damaged areas.

Please check whether food items are still edible.

Goods can only be exchanged if they have clearly been damaged during shipping or if there is a factory defect (warranty claim). We will replace these immediately and free of charge after they have been returned and inspected.

In warranty cases, the seller will cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
