Versandkosten

Als Versand- und Verpackungskosten verrechnen wir pauschal (B-Post) 8.- CHF und (A-Post) 10.- CHF pro Paket.

Ab 99.- CHF Einkaufswert liefern wir in der Schweiz und in Liechteinstein versandkostenfrei.

Bei der Lieferoption "Abholung in Bern" (Sinwel Buchhandlung, Lorrainestr. 10) entfallen die Versandkosten ebenfalls.

Bestellungen, die ausschließlich Geschenkkarten enthalten, sind versandkostenfrei.

 

Zahlungsmethoden

Wir liefern gegen Vorauszahlung per Banküberweisung (Vorkasse), PayPal, Postfinance, Twint, Kreditkarte oder auf Rechnung.  Bei der Zahlungsart "Kauf auf Rechnung" besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, eine Teilzahlungsoption wahrzunehmen.

Bei der Zahlungsart "Kauf auf Rechnung" akzeptierst du die AGB von POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb), vorausgesetzt ist eine gültige Email Adresse. Du erhältst die Rechnung direkt von Powerpay. Bitte überprüfe deinen Posteingang. Bei Zahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen entstehen dir keine weiteren Kosten. Solltest du nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen bezahlen, erhältst du von Powerpay eine weitere Rechnung per Post (Gebühr 2.90 CHF)

Bei der Zahlungsart "Vorkasse" erhältst du nach Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages in unserem Online-Shop die nötigen Bankangaben für die Überweisung des Endbetrages per Mail.

 

Allgemeines zur Lieferung 

Wir liefern ausschliesslich an Adressen in der Schweiz und in Liechtenstein.

Wenn es uns sinnvoll erscheint, nehmen wir auch eine Teillieferung vor.

Für verspätete Lieferungen der Post wird nicht gehaftet.

Die Rechnung befindet sich auf dem Paket in der Papierhülle.

Die Ware wird innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen versendet.

Eine Mindestbestellmenge besteht nicht.

Sollten Artikel momentan nicht lieferbar sein, werden wir dich umgehend nach Bestelleingang per Mail informieren und diese sobald als möglich nachliefern.

What are your shipping costs and from what order value do you offer free shipping?

We deliver free of charge for purchases of CHF 99.- or more. Below that, you pay a flat rate per parcel: CHF 8.- with B-Post or CHF 10.- with A-Post. Orders containing only gift cards are always free of shipping costs. There is no minimum order quantity.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship your goods within 1-3 business days. How quickly the package arrives after that depends on the postal service. We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries by the postal service. The invoice is enclosed in a paper envelope attached to the package.

Can I order on account?

Yes, purchase on account is possible and processed through POWERPAY. You will need a valid email address for this, and the invoice will come directly from POWERPAY. It is payable within 14 days at no extra cost.

How do I configure the engraving?

Via the "Configure Engraving" button on the product page. There you enter what you want to engrave: names, texts or sayings, as well as the font and, if desired, a symbol. For lunch boxes, the engraving is placed on the lid. Engraving is done permanently by laser.

Can I return an engraved product if I don't like it?

No. Personalized products with engravings are excluded from the 30-day return policy. For all products without engravings, the 30-day return policy applies, as long as they are returned without signs of use and with intact packaging. Therefore, please double-check the spelling, names, and symbols before ordering.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The product pages state a 2-year warranty. An exchange is possible in case of obvious transport damage or a manufacturing defect. We will handle communication with the manufacturer for you, so you don't have to worry about it. After return and inspection, you will receive a free replacement immediately.
