Thanks for your feedback! Our laser engraving process briefly heats the surface of the stainless steel, creating a mark without any additional inks or chemicals. This complements the design of the boxes very well, is indestructible, and will therefore never peel off. A darker engraving is possible by keeping the laser on the surface longer. This creates a brownish engraving. We don’t think it looks quite as good, but if you’d like a darker engraving, we can do that.
