With great passion and joy, they craft various natural soaps using the cold process method. For their natural soaps, they use selected and exclusively natural raw materials, organic quality whenever possible. Their soaps are allowed to take their "soap time" and dry peacefully for 2 to 3 months. Pure olive oil soaps even for at least 6 months. This extended drying time makes the soap beautifully mild, improves lather quality, and increases longevity.

Zum ersten Mal solche Boxen gekauft, weil ich keine Plastikbehälter mehr kaufen möchte. Die sind WIRKLICH dicht. Die verschiebbaren "Trennwände" in den rechteckigen Boxen sind sehr toll.

What are your shipping costs and from what order value do you offer free shipping?

We deliver free of charge for purchases of CHF 99.- or more. Below that, you pay a flat rate per parcel: CHF 8.- with B-Post or CHF 10.- with A-Post. Orders containing only gift cards are always free of shipping costs. There is no minimum order quantity.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship your goods within 1-3 business days. How quickly the package arrives after that depends on the postal service. We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries by the postal service. The invoice is enclosed in a paper envelope attached to the package.

Can I order on account?

Yes, purchase on account is possible and processed through POWERPAY. You will need a valid email address for this, and the invoice will come directly from POWERPAY. It is payable within 14 days at no extra cost.

How do I configure the engraving?

Via the "Configure Engraving" button on the product page. There you enter what you want to engrave: names, texts or sayings, as well as the font and, if desired, a symbol. For lunch boxes, the engraving is placed on the lid. Engraving is done permanently by laser.

Can I return an engraved product if I don't like it?

No. Personalized products with engravings are excluded from the 30-day return policy. For all products without engravings, the 30-day return policy applies, as long as they are returned without signs of use and with intact packaging. Therefore, please double-check the spelling, names, and symbols before ordering.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The product pages state a 2-year warranty. An exchange is possible in case of obvious transport damage or a manufacturing defect. We will handle communication with the manufacturer for you, so you don't have to worry about it. After return and inspection, you will receive a free replacement immediately.
