The new Flip Sport Cap for Classic, Kid, and Reflect bottles

Leakproof even with carbonated drinks

Thanks to the Flip Sport Cap with a foldable mouthpiece, you can transport your drinks leak-free. The included stainless steel straw is extendable and thus adapts to the bottle size. You can decide whether you want to drink with or without a straw. The ergonomic drinking spout can be opened and closed with just one thumb. This is the ideal lid for quick hydration during sports and on the go.

Note for carbonated beverages: The mouthpiece of the Flip Sport Cap should be opened slowly so that the pressure can escape through the small vent hole and no liquid splashes out of the mouthpiece.

What are your shipping costs and from what order value do you offer free shipping?

We deliver free of charge for purchases of CHF 99.- or more. Below that, you pay a flat rate per parcel: CHF 8.- with B-Post or CHF 10.- with A-Post. Orders containing only gift cards are always free of shipping costs. There is no minimum order quantity.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship your goods within 1-3 business days. How quickly the package arrives after that depends on the postal service. We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries by the postal service. The invoice is enclosed in a paper envelope attached to the package.

Can I order on account?

Yes, purchase on account is possible and processed through POWERPAY. You will need a valid email address for this, and the invoice will come directly from POWERPAY. It is payable within 14 days at no extra cost.

How do I configure the engraving?

Via the "Configure Engraving" button on the product page. There you enter what you want to engrave: names, texts or sayings, as well as the font and, if desired, a symbol. For lunch boxes, the engraving is placed on the lid. Engraving is done permanently by laser.

Can I return an engraved product if I don't like it?

No. Personalized products with engravings are excluded from the 30-day return policy. For all products without engravings, the 30-day return policy applies, as long as they are returned without signs of use and with intact packaging. Therefore, please double-check the spelling, names, and symbols before ordering.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The product pages state a 2-year warranty. An exchange is possible in case of obvious transport damage or a manufacturing defect. We will handle communication with the manufacturer for you, so you don't have to worry about it. After return and inspection, you will receive a free replacement immediately.
