Fast and very careful shipping! I am completely satisfied with the tea maker; it is high quality, but at the same time does not have any unnecessary or annoying features such as loud beeping or temperature displays, etc. (which often seems to be the case with other models). In short: visually stunning, elegant, simple, functional. It's also a comfortable weight, rather light in my opinion, and relatively compact in size, even though it holds a lot of water. Other modern devices may heat up a little more quietly, but it's within the normal range and I don't find the boiling/bubbling noise disturbing... Conclusion: The rather high price is really worth it here! And: Made in Europe, including a Swiss plug, great.
